Fraternity
Worked with IHQ to create and implement system & program-wide enhancements to streamline the SEC, and champion the Fraternity-wide training accompanying the enhancements.

Reviewed and worked with the Inspector General to update the Fraternity’s Member Code of Conduct, The Code was adopted by the Supreme Council for implementation in Fall ‘23.
Sought and Obtained Supreme Council approval to develop and integrated a Member Code of Conduct Training into the Fraternity’s membership selection process.
Established comprehensive protocols for reviewing all Fraternity’s contracts & other agreements to ensure Omega’s interest is protected always.
Created a more comprehensive and dynamic legal team, and structure, for monitoring and managing the Fraternity’s intellectual property.
